Have your photograph taken for yourself, for your friends and family, and for your grandchildren. Yes, it takes some energy to organize, but it is so worth it. Ask anyone who is gathering images for a family book, or a celebration of life.

I can meet you at a favourite location or shoot in my studio. My photography style is relaxed and casual, and although I do have standard poses, I like to play and experiment, and the experiments are often my favourite images from a session.

At the studio, I can offer a variety of different, clean backgrounds, and a very private space.

A Little More

I love images. I’m self-taught. I appreciate the digital world but ultimately I think it has little to do with the beauty of photographs. Film is gorgeous.

I spent 25 years as a news photographer and learned by doing - which was just right for me. The job provided access to all kinds of experiences that made me think on my feet and never be without resources.

I belong to a number of professional photography groups and training sites. There is always something to learn about light and faces and the black hole that is digital technology.
